The Feminist Book Club, a creative collaboration with Napa Bookmine, meets the fourth Wednesday of every month from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. We currently meet digitally on Zoom.

Jenna Sanders and Stephanie Der selected works of literature, memoirs,  essay collections and works of nonfiction to explore in 2021. Together, they share a vision for shining a light on intersectional feminist voices with unique perspectives that broaden and enhance our understanding of feminism.

The Feminist Book Club is open to people and their experiences from multiple genders and races.

2021 Reading List

The June, September, and December selections may change based on the availability of these titles. We are committed to bringing books from small publishing houses and from authors who self-publish, which sometimes makes accessing our intended titles challenging.

About Stephanie

Stephanie Der never goes anywhere without a book, and her friends go to her for a good read. Her taste spans speculative fiction, memoir, and romance. When not voraciously reading, she can be found writing, participating in fandom, or looking at cat pictures on the Internet.

When Jenna first started dreaming of a Feminist Book Club, she knew Stephanie was the perfect partner to turn to for a diverse selection of female-driven narratives...what she never expected was how deeply they would connect over their love of memoirs and extra-large cat bellies.
