Sunday Circle: Women & Pleasure

How much time do you spend doing things simply because they feel good?

Pleasure can be found while savoring a glass of extraordinary wine or settling into a lavish meal. Pleasure can come from a partner's touch...or your own hands. Our lives are fertile grounds for experiencing pleasure. 

With so much abundance available to us, what makes it such a challenge to prioritize or even experience pleasure? Well, cultural messages, stigma, body image issues, and a general misunderstanding that male heterosexual pleasure is the default model to start.  

Join the Napa Women’s Circle on Sunday, February 2nd from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m at Ashtanga Yoga Napa Valley to explore this topic that is vital to our overall well-being. We ask that each woman in attendance arrive with an open mind, a willingness to share, and respect for the privacy of all attendees. All attendees will receive guided questions for self-inquiry to consider in advance of the Circle the week of January 27th.
