About the Event
Boundaries help us take care of and honor ourselves. They give us personal agency and power to make decisions that align with our values. They teach people who we are and how we want to be respected in relationships. They allow us to nurture our relationships without resentment.
Yet we continue to hear, “You can either be honest, or you can be nice," (even if it's just our inner critic making that noise). Maybe it's time to start talking about how kindness, compassion, personal safety, and living in alignment with our values can (does) coexist with setting boundaries.
Join the Napa Women’s Circle on November 3rd from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. for a group discussion on this vital subject. This Circle gathering will also include a bit of energy work and journal exercises to help guide you in identifying and articulating boundaries. We ask that each woman in attendance arrives with an open mind, a willingness to share, and respects the privacy of all attendees.
