Spring Equinox Celebration

Pure Heart Yogi will lead the Napa Women’s Circle through a 60-minute yoga flow suitable for all levels of practitioners. With this flow, we will welcome Spring and cultivate the energetic qualities needed for health and harmony this season. Spring is a time of change and renewal, creating an opportunity to cleanse ourselves of hibernating winter habits and find inspiration as everything begins to come alive. 

Following the yoga flow, we will create an altar honoring the energies of the season and gather for a focused discussion on each of our unique practices for clearing ourselves of other people or situations harmful impact on our energy. Think of it as spring *energy* cleaning instead of spring *home* cleaning. 

This conversation may be particularly helpful to empaths, caretakers, healers, and those who engage in paid or unpaid emotional labor. In short, everyone. 

This evening is limited to 10 attendees to ensure every woman in the room has the opportunity to feel fully seen, fully heard, and is able to engage as deeply with the experience as she desires.
